2 K Nails

Went to get acrylic nails removed and they compete butchered my nails. Tore the nail from the meat. The tech saw i was bleeding and continued to used the same method. I asked politely for him to soak them off instead. Impatient he barely soaked my nail and continued to tear it from the meat. When i complained to the owner they acted as if they didn’t understand me and tried to blame my nail beds. When i came to them once before a few months ago and didn’t have this problem, so it clearly wasn’t me it was this tech. Instead of tryna compensate me they just stared at me in confusion and took no accountability. Will never be going back. Zero compassion and unprofessional.

Hadn’t been there in years but my regular place was closed today. I remembered why I stopped going. Not clean at all, very unhygienic . And the lady kept burning me with machine when taking off my gel, and she was on her phone while doing my nails, not paying attention. Will never go back. First time I’ve had such a bad experience in any nail salon.

I haven’t been here In years due to the nail polish not lasting. So I decided to give them another shot since it’s been years since I last came & it’s close to my house and my regular nail tech was booked. Not even a week with my nails and the polish is chipping off. Yeah I’m staying away for good.
